Process Capability Technician (Pharmaceuticals)

Our SW based client manufacture a range of pharmaceutical products, they are actively looking for a Process Capability Technician.


Duties for this position will include :- 


- Driving operational efficiency 

- Providing technical support to manufacturing and packing operations in order to improve process capability

- Identifying opportunities to deliver projects and plans for the improvement of processes and products, enhancing quality, efficiency and cost / waste reduction

- Supporting the investigation of complex Quality Events, proposing and implementing corrective actions

- Participating and contributing to problem solving and improvement projects

- Liaising with a number of key technical staff, understanding process and product capability issues

- Supporting projects to introduce new processes and products

- Creating and maintaining process setting records to ensure right first time set-ups and waste minimisation


Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc / BEng in a scientific subject, together with previous suitable skills and experience.


This is a permanent position, offering a salary of up to £30,000 (depending on skills and experience)
