Client Services Manager

My client, a large food and drink research organisation based in the West Midlands , are actively looking to recruit a Client Services Manager due to continued successes within the business. Based at their head office, the role will require excellent team leadership skills as you will build the enquiry handling team from the ground up. This would be a great opportunity for someone in a similar role from a food or manufacturing background to really make the role their own.

 

Main duties of the role to include:

  • Ensuring the best client "journey" through continuous improvement of enquiry handling service levels
  • Recruit and develop client services team
  • Manage day to day activities of client services department
  • Report on client experience to senior management
  • Manage client complaints

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Degree or equivalent (ie experience) in related subject such as food science, life science or chemistry
  • Experience of working with scientific and technical Client Services
  • Excellent and proven people management skills within client services
  • Knowledge if CRM systems, and client feedback techniques such as Net Promoter and Trust Pilot
  • Proven ability to implement client experience, out of hours, and enquiry handling service improvements is essential
