Complaints Manager (Pharmaceuticals / Medical Devices)

Our client develops and manufactures a range of Medical Device / Pharmaceutical products. They are actively looking for a Complaints Manager
Duties for this position will include :-
- Managing a 3rd party outsourced complaints call centre
- Understanding European regulations relating to the design, manufacture and distribution of Pharmaceuticals / Medical Devices products
- Leading on site investigations relating to customer complaints
- Overseeing 'observed' performance of products, managing issues effectively
- Managing all adverse event complaints received
- Monitoring complaint trends, implementing correction of quality & regulatory problems to mitigate re-occurrence
- Driving Root cause analysis
- Data trending and data analysis / monitoring quality investigations / CAPAs
- Working with the on site QA Manager
- Participating in QA Audits (GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 13485)
