Are you a passionate Home economist with an avid interest in the tastes of others?  An opportunity has arisen with one of our Clients in Gloucestershire to join their busy team who use their knowledge to assess a wide variety of different food and drink products for their clients.


You will be active in assessing foods for sensory characteristics and prepare reports detailing how they have been received and suggest improvements and comparisons to other products


Educated to degree level or equivalent and a sensory or food related subject you will have a huge passion for analysing and preparing all different food types and enjoy trying out new and interesting food products. With a great understanding of trends in food and the current food market you will be a holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and be able to articulate well in written reports and verbally to clients the various characteristics and improvements that could be made to make clients more successful and able to offer new products that really excite the market.


You will need to have a high attention to detail and an organised workstyle to trace all the items to be tested and report out accurately on the results of consumer tests.
