Sales Administrator - Food Research and Safety
Location: SW Midlands
Salary: Circa £18K
Our Client is a leading name in food research and has established a great reputation in its field. They employ over 300 people at their main site and are undergoing a period of growth. To help continue this trend they are seeking a Membership Administrator in their membership and training department. You will need to be an experienced administrator with at least 2 years’ experience and have good administration and housekeeping skills. Confident using CRM systems you will ensure effective and efficient administration of membership renewals, invoices, purchase order, certificates etc as required by the department. You will need to liaise with colleagues across the organisation and speak with scientific teams so a good level of understanding of scientific language would be helpful in this role. You will also need to be confident communicating with clients and helping them to resolve problems.
The successful person will have a good standard of education high in numeracy and literacy and preferably with a scientific subject. Your passion and attention to detail will be essential as well as a confident and positive approach to dealing with clients as well as the ability to deal with difficult conversations. You will need a can-do approach and have a flexible character as there will be the need to juggle priorities.
