Our Client is the leader in Food Technology training and Development and provides scientific, technical and legislative support to the food, drink and allied industries. Their services and expertise are in high demand throughout the industry and many of their clients are household names. The group operates from three sites and this opportunity would be based at their picturesque Gloucestershire location.
As part of their centralising facilities and expansion they have opportunities for two Enquiry Co-ordinators to join their new Enquiry Handling Team. This is a technical role with experience and a Degree required in Food Science or Food Technology in order to provide relevant and appropriate advice and information to clients of the company ensuring clients are given the first class experience they expect from the company. You will take ownership of all enquiries from start to finish and ensure all information is logged on the internal systems. You will be the liaison point to co-ordinate internally to ensure a full and complete response is available to all client enquiries and concerns being always aware of business opportunities with each enquiry. This is a great opportunity to have a commercial and technical impact on the business and have exposure to multiple areas of the business through your co-ordination activities.
You should have experience working in science, technology or professional services industry and be able to communicate technical information effectively both internally and externally at all levels. You will have a good understanding of the food industry and its needs and be able to assess, questions and understand client needs to fulfil their requirements.
This role would suit a graduate with some experience in a commercial environment with good understanding of the food industry and its needs.
