German speaking - Technical Support Engineer
Our client is an established producer of Optical products for a number of different industries worldwide. They are currently seeking a German / English speaking Customer Support Engineer to support their Technical team.
Duties for this position will include:-
- Providing technical support / contact for Customers and Clients alike in an established area
- Responsibility for day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone
- Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
Please note this is predominantly a desk role, based working within a small technical team - product training and support will be given.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre in a 'science' subject and be bi-lingual, with German. You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently. Excellent IT and Communication skills desired.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £30,000 (depending on skills and experience)
